Timberline® T20HGc All Solid Wood Tropical Mahogany 12-String Harp Guitar
The harp guitar has six Sub-Bass strings tuned: E-G-A-B-C-D
in addition to six standard tuned strings: E-A-D-G-B-E
I use .011 ‘s for the guitar strings gauge.
The guitar pickup is a K&K mini which is installed inside the guitar in the bridge.
I really like K&K because they sound great, and don’t use batteries.
I also keep two Oasis humidifiers in the case at all times.
Footnote on DADGAD tuning:
DADGAD is a tuning for the guitar in which the strings are tuned to D2-A2-D3-G3-A3-D4. It is commonly used in Celtic and folk music and is known for its rich, resonant sound. It allows for easy and fluid playing of chords and melodies and is often used for fingerstyle and solo playing. DADGAD tuning is less common than the standard EADGBE tuning for the guitar, but is gaining popularity among guitar players interested in exploring different styles of music. The famous song Kashmir by Led Zeppelin uses this tuning.
